IGAM - Letter of Recommendation
1. For Recommenders that forward email to one address, The recommenders cannot know which address to use when logging into IGAM to upload a letter - there is nothing that tells them which to use. 2. Recommenders are used by Multiple students - they end up sending letters to the wrong student's application, or all go to one student if the recommender doesn't log out and back in for each one. They have to close their browser between each upload but most don't know to do this. The upload page show the applicants name at least to ensure Recommenders know which application is about to receive their Letter. 3. The Email from students to recommenders is default HTML, and any spaces or carriage returns don't seem to work unless
is used. This is not user friendly and is difficult for the Students to edit. 4. Would like Students to get a notification when the recommenders upload their letter so they can then submit the application. Often students and recommenders are doing things last minute, and being notified as soon as an application is updated allows the students to submit head of the absolute last minute, and perhaps even remind a recommender if they have failed to upload. 5. Would like a sort of Form Report: it would show by applicant account, who had submitted and who has applications open. This would be an in progress view of who is still working on applications, how far are they, who has already submitted, when did they submit, when did they last modify, etc. To Provide more visibilty for the foundation during the application window.
