Users without access showing on DonorCentral report
I am wondering why, when I pull a report of user history, why a user who is no longer active still shows in the report. I would think that this report would only include active users. This is specific to a staff user, and in FIMS in the staff code maintenance box he is marked as ‘no’ and has been for months, yet he shows in the report. His email address also showed up in a an export of email addresses when I had to send a communication. This makes me concerned that other inactive users (ie: past clients) are pulling into both these reports and these exports, which is a huge nightmare!
This is on the roadmap for the new DonorCentral.
