There is a 9-page guide to obtaining a dormant fund report.  Besides so many steps, I had to go into the report and type out the fund names, as the report generated only the Fund ID codes.  Would love it if you could make this much easier and user friendly. Impact: Requires so much time to generate this report and get it ready for presentation.
