Add "Rerun report" to the FIMS inquiry reports:

Add "Rerun report" to the FIMS inquiry reports: G/L YTD Ledger Inquiry & Trial Balance Inquiry

"Rerun Report" functionality should be on all the Reports in FIMS. Today I discovered two more that don't have this option. Under Inquiries - G/L YTD Ledger Inquiry & Trial Balance Inquiry
