Add "Allow ENewsletters" to the Special Mailing and Handling Controls

We need a better way to remove people from our E-News without removing or altering their email.  This code would be checked as default and then could be unchecked as people request to be removed.

    There's a couple of ways you could handle this now.

    1. Use one of the 4 user defined codes on Profile2 if you have one available. You can create the label you want for it in System Initial Setup.

    2. Create an affiliation code for the subscription. You can start by using the "Add Affiliations from External File" or selecting them in a datagrid and adding it through process selections. I think all the profile listings have affiliation codes as an option for the selection so it should be pretty simple to get the email address list that way.
