Autopopulate "Staff" field when creating a new CONTACT.
When creating a new contact, it would be nice if the person entering the contact could have their name autopopulate in the "STAFF" field. The "Tickle Who" field populates, but not the STAFF field.
Impact: Staff members aren't always remembering to manually put their initials in that field. Would be nice to be able to run reports on that field if necessary, but we can't be sure it's been filled in.
We created a User story to include this in our 14.71 release. Thank you for the idea.
