We have donors who hold more than one fund with us. Sometimes they make suggestions from DonorCentral from both funds at one time. The confirmation emails include both funds, which means we have to make extra effort to insure that the information contained in one email and/or printout gets filed in two places. It’s very easy to miss especially when there are a dozen from one fund and a single item is from the other fund. Can you set it up so that each fund’s suggestions are in separate emails?
