Add the Fund ID (or the Fund Class and Sub-type) selection to the Donor Summary Giving History

We have recently completed a major campaign to convert annual fund donors to endowed annual fund donors. We need to be able to see how the donor's giving changes to the annual campaign vs funding their endowed annual fund.
