Create a macro to create Positive Pay bank file from Check Register

I'd like to have a macro that would put check register information into a format that is appropriate for uploading to the bank for Positive Pay, or check clearing verification. I attached a list of formats that our bank provided. They suggested Format 4. Anyone who would like the increased security of Positive Pay would benefit from this macro. Thank you!
