Please add the following fields to the grant recommendation form so they will be included in the email we receive to process the grants: FUND ID, DONOR NAME, FIMS ID. This information was included with the grant recommendation emails we received with the old version of DC.
This is a really useful idea in terms of business procedures. Particularly with year-end around the corner and we can all expect a volume in the number of grant recommendations that will be processed. That said, I am a bit surprised that this idea has not received more votes from the community? I wonder if it is because the main 'header' of this idea does not include any text about 'adding fields to the email confirmation'?
Agreed. Having that information was extremely useful and saved time during our review process. We all check to make sure the grantee profile ID, fund ID, and the adviser's name align in FIMS with what is on the email confirmation throughout the grant process.
