Please allow an alias name to be assigned to the Profile Notepads
Please allow an organization to assign an alias name to each of the Profile Notepads. A-Z don't mean anything to anyone but if we could assign a real word to each notepad, they would be much more useful and would weather staffing changes by providing institutional memory. Right now no one dares to use the tabs B-Z because no one will look in there for anything. If a former staff member started using one of those other tabs, no one knows about it or looks for the information because they're not going to go digging through thousands of records times 26 notepads to find something. Notepads should also be highlighted or colored or something if they are not blank.
As an interim solution might I suggest using the F2 key to list the letters you use and the content of each of those letters. This way you can click F2 and see what letters are in use and for what.
Same with us! We hardly use them b/c you have to notice a single letter which is bolded, which is easy to miss. If we could name them, they would be much more useful! This goes for ALL tabs which are alphabetized in FIMS.
