DonorCentral NXT Login Screen Text

We're currently limited to 175 characters for the login screen text that displays for donors. It's not enough. The default text we were given for our site was even over 175. When we went to change it, it wouldn't allow us to change it until it went under 175.

    It would also help to have formatting and URL's available in the login screen text.
