Recurring Grants information from DonorCentral
We have all grant requests reviewed and approved by staff before paying. For recurring grants setup by donors in DonorCentral we get a copy of the email they receive when it comes time to be paid. There is no detail information in this message. That at least is a trigger that there is a grant to be imported and paid. So we know to go looking for the details. It would be nice if we got detailed information about the grant, grantee, amount, etc. There isn't a good report to run to even get the details. The recurring grants report will show all grants not the one specifically ready to pay out. I haven't found anything that will show the special instructions the donor put in when the request was set up. Could we get some reporting capabilities out of DonorCentral that are useful, please?
Impact: We have to schedule to run a report each month of the recurring grants so we know what should be paid each month and get some of the details of those payments.
Will the new DonorCentral have a recurring grants report like the old one did? If so, when?
