DCNXT: Ability to automatically email fund holders when a new statement has been uploaded.

Currently we have to manually email all fund holders using a 3rd party email tool, whenever we've uploaded new statements to DCNXT.  It would be nice if DCNXT could automaticlaly email when it occurs.

    Need this badly! Should definitely be built into the platform.
