Consider making the note under fund activity editable

This would give Foundation's the ability to communicate more effectively with our Donors.

When a donor clicks on the Funds tab in DCNXT, and clicks "Activity", A blue note pops up that says: Note: Activity data is sourced from the General Ledger, and at times may differ from information presented in "Fund detail". They'd like the ability to change that.
