AP Account change in grant application
It would be helpful if you could change the Cash account in a grant application. Currently the account is assigned in the Fund code table and in order to change the account in a grant application you have to post the grant application in the Grant module and then STOP before you post to AP and go to Item Entry and change the account there. The other option is to create manualy journal entries and reclass the amount but then your grant application does not show this entry. Since the Grant module allows you to post through to AP Open Items you may miss the chance to change the account and then you have to cancel and redo the grant.
Impact: Why this enhancement should be considered is that our funds have a cash liquidity account which most grants get paid from but then we may need to pay out large grants or do grants of marketable securities which come out of another account/investment account. This ability is available in the Gift Module and should be in the Grant Module also.
