Currently, when transfering a profile's address information from the Profile 1 tab to the Alternate Address tab, one must copy and paste each field individually going back and forth between two records.   Instead, it would be far easier and less time consuming if there were a means through which we may transfer this info at the click of a button.   Perhaps a solution may be a button in the Alternate Address tab that allows you to import address information from the Profile 1 tab.   A second useful button in the Alternate Address tab allowing you to set one of the entered alternate addresses as the Profile 1 address (and doing so would automatically transfer any info in the Profile 1 tab to an alternate address entry).  Since phone numbers and email addresses often do not always change at the same time a physical address changes, I suggest that this feature would only transfer physical address info (including name of business). Thank you! Impact: The way it is currently set up, it is a major time drain when updating multiple profiles. In our specific situation, we retain past address information in our records. When we receive returned letters from a mailing, the majority of time spent in updating current profiles is copy/pasting between the two tabs. If we can do away with the need to copy/paste between the Profile 1 and the Alternate Address tabs, it would be extremely helpful.
