Profiles and Grant input for organizations with multiple locations or remittance addresses
Currently when entering a grant to an organization that has multiple locations for their different regions and chapters, you must either have a seperate profile set up for each address and select the associated profile for the needed address or you must manually override the mailing address of the main organziation. Since FIMS provides the ability to enter multiple grantee contacts and multiple alternate addresses, if would be nice if the grant module could access that info via a drop down box of contacts or alternate addresses in the payee info area. This would allow us to select the needed mailing address using a single profile ID, when needed. For example, we currently have multiple profiles (probably 15-20) for the American Heart Association in addition to their headquarter's main mailing address. (The only difference in the profiles is the remittance address the grant checks must be mailed to for the local or regional chapter. They all use the same tax ID). It would be nice if these different remittance addresses could simply be entered as alternate addresses and then selected when a grant is entered via a dropdown box, eliminating the need to manually override the address or set up a different profile.
Impact: Eliminates multiple profiles for organizations with different remittance addresses and eases input of grants to organization with different remittance addresses.
