Donor Central Login

Please find a better way to change passwords.  When a donor forgets their pw, I go in as admin and change the user pw so they can get in right away.  I cannot use a pw which has been used before. The next time the donor logs in, they have to again change the pw.  This can't be a security precaution because I still have the ability to login as admin and make changes to the fund.   Impact: This is especially time consuming when walking a donor (who seldom uses a computer and forgets their pw) through the login process.

    Our biggest challenge is that when a client tries to log-in, after X tries they get locked out.  But then they click on 'forgot my password' so the system sends them a new password.  This password does not work - because they are already locked out.  They don't realize the connection, and they call us, frustrated.  I didn't even realize this until last month.  And we've been using DonorCentral for nearly five years!  LOTS of frustrated clients trying to log in and having lots of trouble!
