Adding a data grid table combination

I would like the ability to pull in condition information into an application history data gird. The follow-up table helps us determine which scholarships get paid. This is the table combination that I would like the follow-up table added to. Would this be possible?

    The follow-up table is already associated with several data query combinations.  Please contact FIMS support to identify which one is missing for you and we will escalate it.
